We deliver Australia-wide, from Darwin to Hobart, from Perth to Sydney, and back again!

How much will delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat fee of just $9.80 any where in Australia - in order to obtain this special shipping rate you must "buy" the bub grub shipping product in this category.

How do I know if you have received my order?
You will receive an email confirming your order has been processed.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment through PayPal, a secure payment gateway. You can either use a PayPal account, Visa or MasterCard. If these payment options aren’t suitable for your needs, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.

Is there a minimum order requirement?
No. You can order as much, or little, Bub Grub as you need. Why not take advantage of this, and order in bulk with your play group or neighbours!

When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders placed by 5pm Friday will be delivered the following week. Our usual delivery day is Wednesday, although in remote localities deliveries usually take place later in the week. We will communicate this information to you, to negotiate the best time for you to receive your frozen Bub Grub.

Can I pick up my order?
yes from Terrey Hills or Gordon in Sydney - one day's notice is required

Are the meals delivered fresh or frozen?
Bub Grub will be delivered frozen in a specially designed Bub Grub freezer bag and packed to stay frozen for many hours. In addition, we negotiate with you, to decide the best delivery time for your Bub Grub order.

NB:

1) Due to the special refrigeration requirements for door to door delivery, all Bub Grub orders need to be placed separate to your other makeuwell orders and you must select the special Bub Grub freight product in order to secure the flat fee.
