The secrets of the buckwheat pillow has spread throughout much of the western world in the past 20 years. The hulls are small and soft, making the pillow comfortable to sleep on. It uneven shape means that the pillow can never fully collapses. This ensures that air can freely circulate through the pillow, allowing your skin to 'breathe' at night.
