No DEET – what is DEET?
DEET is present in all the top selling insect repelling sprays and lotions. DEET is also to be cleaned off the skin with soap and water after returning indoors, which most people do not know or adhere to. The point is, technically DEET is safe – but only when used properly. Most people do not use DEET properly.

Author: These gone bands are fantastic!
We took the kids away camping in a swamp for 10 days. The kids wore the gone bands on their ankles and didn't get touched at all (mum and dad were a bit slow to cotton on and suffered!). Interestingly they seem to work for leeches as well - the kids were in a leech infested river all day and not a single leech attack - again mum and dad were not so lucky until they too were wearing gone bands.
