How do I make my Purchase?

To place an order online you need to have visited our product pages which are conveniently sorted by category for you. From there you add items to your shopping cart by clicking Add to Cart. When the product is added to your shopping cart, the item added appears in the shopping cart which counts the number of items.

Processing an order through our check out is easy at makeuwell.com.au. We have an step by step checkout, and members enjoy a quicker checkout with pre-entered delivery and billing information.

Registered members of makeuwell.com.au enter their username (email address) and password to begin the checkout process using your account. Membership is the easiest way to shop with us.

If you are new to makeuwell.com.au and do not wish to register, you can still place an order as a guest shopper within Australia only. Delivery Costs

At makeUwell we endevour to keep our delivery costs at the most affordable pricing for you. We do not charge handling fees and charge each item on their individual weight and size.

Delivery Info

All makeuwell orders are sent by 5pm on the day the order is received, orders received after 12pm will be shipped the following day.

Courier Shipping

We use StarTrack Express Couriers for most of our deliveries, supplying us with a street address instead of PO Box is preferred, this way we can trace your delivery if it isn't delivered. Prices do vary based on combine weight, size of your order and delivery address. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the courier option for you at check out. If courier is not available for your postcode only Australia Post shipping will be presented.

Registered Post

All delivery via Registered Post is charged at $5.40 per item. We recommend this option if you would like your ordered insured up to the sum of $100.00. Delivery time is similar to normal Australia Post standard delivery times.

Worldwide Delivery

We'd be delighted to send our products overseas for you. Using Australia Post Air Mail, the estimated time of delivery is within one-two weeks (guide only), when you place your order and before you pay the shipping costs will be shown to you.

Some countries apply taxes and duties on parcels, the parcel recipient is responsible for any extra charges that are not within our control.

International Airmail

At check-out the shopping cart will calculate prices for you, however if you require bulk orders please email info@makeuwell.com.au for costing and details, as pricing is based on quantities ordered we will supply you with the best possible pricing.
